Dear BT Community,
If you have been around campus over the past few weeks, you may have noticed that preliminary work has begun for our campus transformation project. In the weeks following gala, the installation of the Raiderville classrooms for Early Years, kindergarten, and grade 1 will take place. Shortly after the current academic year ends, demolition of the Lower School will occur during the summer months. As we return to school for the fall semester, we will see our new Lower School facilities start to take shape.
In the meantime, we continue to say farewell to our current facilities. Thank you so much to all students, families, and alumni who have shared memories and intentions with written notes for our time capsule project and digital messages on our Building Together message board. BT’s student news site, Verbatim, has done a great job documenting students’ bittersweet emotions tied to the changing landscape. You can read and listen to their perspectives here.

I am so grateful for the continued support and enthusiasm from our entire BT community. This is an exciting moment of transition for our school and the beginning of many milestones ahead. I look forward to sharing more details and visuals of our progress over the summer.
