Strategic Plan

At Brownell Talbot, our dedicated faculty and staff are excited about the incredible opportunity we have to empower our students. With 160 years of experience in educating students, we've seen our community embrace challenges, seize opportunities, and thrive in a global environment. This spirit of growth and achievement is at the heart of everything we do.

Our school is flourishing, with record enrollment and every grade brimming with potential and promise. This excitement is palpable, but it also brings a recognition that the needs of our students, faculty, and staff are growing too. To ensure we continue to provide the exceptional education that BT is known for, we turn to our most critical annual fundraiser: The BT Fund.

The BT Fund bridges the gap between the cost of tuition and the actual cost to educate a student at BT, which amounts to $3,500 per student. It allows us to maintain our exceptional standards and provide our students with the best possible education.

Today, we held the official kickoff of The BT Fund at school dismissal. To celebrate, students, families, faculty, and staff were treated to donuts!

We have an ambitious goal this year, one that we believe our incredible BT community can achieve together.

Every year, we challenge BT families to reach 100% participation in The BT Fund, and this year is no exception. Our target is for BT parents to reach 100% participation in just 100 days.

While we made significant progress last year with 82% parent participation, we are determined to reach even greater heights this year. Personal invitations to participate will be arriving in your mailboxes this week, and we hope you will join us in embracing BT's culture of philanthropy.

Not only is your contribution to The BT Fund tax-deductible, but it also plays a vital role in supporting our mission and maintaining BT’s standard of excellence. It's worth noting that our dedicated faculty and staff have already achieved 100% participation, demonstrating their commitment to our students and the BT community. Together, we can continue to empower our students to thrive, seize opportunities, and tackle the challenges of our global society head-on.

Join us in making a difference in the lives of our students by making your gift before January 12, 2024. To make your tax-deductible gift or for more information, please visit brownell.edu/BTfund or contact BT’s Director of Advancement Alise Guzman.

Thank you for being a vital part of the BT community and for your commitment to our students' success.

Warm regards,

Kristi N. Gibbs, Ed.D.
