Upper School

On Friday, US History students in eleventh and twelfth grades visited the Banh Mi Shop in Bellevue, owned by Chloe Tran-Thompson, '14. The trip provided a unique opportunity for students to explore the culinary aspects of Vietnamese culture, deepening their understanding as they have been studying about the Vietnam War.

Students engaged with Chloe, learning about her upbringing in Vietnam, her move to America as a high school junior, and the challenges and successes of starting a business in the Omaha area.
