This past weekend BT students competed in the North South Foundation Regional Contest. North South Foundation provides educational access to talented and economically disadvantaged students. The organization conducts academic competitions and programs focused on STEM and English-language arts, empowering them to award more than 20,000 scholarships distributed primarily in India.
BT's Contestants
Abinash Paupoo, '30, placed first among sixth, seventh, and eighth graders in the Senior Science category at the North South Foundation Regional Contest. He also placed second in the Math Level 3 category.
Nandita Dusad, '33, placed second in the Junior Spelling Bee.
