Day Camp: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
Preschool Camp: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
Specialty Camps: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Morning Care: 7:30 am - 9:00 am
After Care: 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Full-Day Preschool Camps $225 - $375 per week
Full-Day Camps for Kindergarten - Grade 8 $225 - $375 per week
Specialty Camps for Kindergarten - Grade 8 $165 - $235 per week
Sports Clinics $20 per hour
Morning Care $75 (7:30 am - 9:00 am) per five-day week
After Care $90 (3:30 pm - 5:30 pm) per five-day week
Morning and After Care Combo $125 per five-day week
Lunch Time Supervision $75 per five-day week
Brownell Talbot's Camp Discovery is supported solely by camp fees. Your prompt payment of financial obligations allows us to meet our financial responsibilities and obligations.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal of a camper for any reason after May 24, 2024, the primary contact shall be obligated to pay the total due for all registered sessions. Payment is due in full by May 31, 2024.
Prior to May 24, 2024, all deposits paid are refundable, less the $40 registration fee. In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal of the camper for any reason after May 24, 2024, all fees are non-refundable.
Pro-rating: Brownell Talbot does not pro-rate for partial attendance or absence from a program.
Brownell Talbot reserves the right to cancel a class at any time due to low enrollment. You will be notified in advance and be given the option of transferring class fees toward another class or receiving a full refund, minus the registration fee, for the class canceled.
A non-refundable registration fee of $40 is assessed once per season for each participant.
All requests for changes in schedules or services, not including cancellations, must be made in writing 10 days in advance and are subject to space availability. There is a $15 charge for any changes made to camp enrollment after May 31, 2024.
Camp fees shall not be refunded by the camp due to the absence of the child from camp, regardless of cause.
A child may not attend camp until all required paperwork has been submitted and received by the camp administration. Cancellation policy will apply.
The camp may require the withdrawal of a camper for misconduct or other conditions that are disruptive to the functioning of the camp. This is at the sole discretion of the camp staff. In the event of a withdrawal, the primary contact shall be obligated to pay the total due for all remaining registered sessions.

Registration Steps
- Click the registration link and create a household login.
- Set up a log-in password.
- When registering, please remember to select your child’s age and grade for the upcoming school year.
- Prior to registering, have an idea of the camps and sessions you wish to sign up for.
- You may log back in at any time to add additional weeks or programs, depending on availability.
When checking out you will have the option to:
- Pay in full via credit card, debit card, or electronic check (ACH).
- Choose the Payment Plan. Pay a deposit of 33% and make two payments by 4/23/2023 and 5/28/2023.
Please note, this deposit does not include a percentage from Morning Care and After Care.
You may log into your online account at any time to make additional payments against your balance via credit card, debit card, or electronic check (ACH).
Once you complete Step 2, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a link to complete an Online Supplemental Form and upload Additional Required Documentation.
Documentation will request:
- Health and medical information.
- Emergency contact and additional authorized individuals for pickup.
- Additional camper information.
For non Brownell Talbot students, you will be required to upload:
- Proof of identity (birth certificate, passport, school document with child’s name and DOB).
- Current immunization record.
- Medical Authorization Form (if medication is required during camp).

After completion of the online supplemental form and submitting the additional required documentation, you are registered for BT’s Camp Discovery!
